Built From a Personal Promise
Manny Eats was founded after watching people in underserved locations struggle to find quality snacks. That frustration became a mission — and that mission became a business.
How Manny Eats Began
When Manny's great-grandmother moved into a nursing home, he noticed something that bothered him every visit: no vending machines and no snack options nearby. Nothing appropriate for someone managing diabetes, heart disease, or simply trying to eat well.
He asked the facility staff about it. They shrugged. The vendor hadn't changed the product mix in years, machines broke down regularly, and nobody seemed to care enough to fix it. People just accepted it as the way things were.
Manny didn't accept it. He spent time learning the vending industry, building relationships with quality food suppliers, and designing a service model built entirely around the needs of the people being served. Today, we serve locations of all kinds — offices, schools, gyms, healthcare facilities, warehouses, hotels, and more — across the region. And we're just getting started.
